Madison is a third-generation REALTOR® who grew up in the business — literally. Inspired by her mother, Terry Parker, she started as a real estate administrative assistant in 2012, learning the industry from the inside before earning her license in 2016. Today, as Broker-Owner of Parker Realty, she specializes in residential homes and bare land transactions, bringing sharp strategic instincts and clear, steady communication to every deal.
Madison grew up in Herald but has spent her life in Galt — as she puts it, “if you live in Herald, you do everything in Galt.” That lifelong connection means she isn't just familiar with this market, she's part of it.

Devon came to real estate from a background in sales and customer service, and it shows in how he works: responsive, straightforward, and always a step ahead. Licensed in 2016 (the same year as Madison), Devon works every transaction alongside her — so the team's 205+ closed transactions and $102 million in verified MLS sales reflect what they've built together, not separate books of business.
Devon's specialty is the properties that don't fit a standard template — country and rural land, wells and septic systems, ADU potential, zoning questions, new construction, and probate or trust sales.
